This page contains a link to the full text of my book, The Axe Laid to the Root, published in 2008.
This is a short book, on the Acrobat pdf file just 32 pages. Axe is the best summary in “short” form of what the message of this blog is all about.
To download the free pdf file to your own hard drive or computer, click the link “PDF” below. The book will open as a pdf file. To “download” it to your hard drive, simply click on the “Disk” icon at the lower right. The icons may not be visible at first but will appear as you go over it with the mouse. After you click the disk icon, a window will open asking you where you want to save it.
The book is also available for purchase through the publisher, “Authorhouse,” and other online and retail booksellers. It may be found by going to their respective websites.
Thank You, Fred! Thank you so much!
Thanks Fred, I am working through this. You are a blessing to many and especially me, Thanks for taking the time to send to me.
Thank you, Maryann, I hope that helps with what you asked me. If anything is not clear or you have any questions, etc., please do not hesitate to write me. Pleased to meet you, by the way! Your name is familiar but we haven’t met before, have we? I forget stuff. Blessings!
I wish to hear more from you and also about your book.
I would be honored. Let me know what you want.
Thanks Fred, Awesome article! I direct the Grace Walk Recovery Ministry and you laid out clearly and powerfully “the Truth that sets you free”. I heard you speak at our church, Grace Life where Herb Sims is the pastor. I should send a copy of this article to everyone who talks to me about a family member who has had a serious bout with alcoholism, but is a Christian. But I will probably just give them the link to this article.
Thannks, Mike! All blessings to you! The link should serve to share with anyone online. Thanks for passing it along. I think some might find it helpful. I’m hoping to visit you folks in Woodstock soon.

“Twoness Supplanted by Oneness” is pure gold.
Thank you, Risto! Blessings, brother!
